Well, its that time again.

Another useful research which tells us what everyone knows already.

Probably hundreds of thousands spent on pen pushers to tell us that ... pen pushing without activity/exercise can be detremental to health.

Well done.
 
Well, I could tell you that the US Government commissioned a study costing $10million to determine whether bears really do, erm, well, you know what in the woods. Yes, honestly, they did. But then I'm just too lazy to type a reply.....
 
Isn't it a two fold thing though? Aren't our hearts good for a certain amount of beats? And doesn't exercise, particularly cardio, speed you towards that figure prematurely?
 
Yes, it can work in opposite way: I'm currently being checked for stress-related problems, even though my job is fairly physical.

My GP is considering trying me with Beta blockers. Joys of running your own business and having peculiar lifestyle.
 
Next report will tell us that spending 5 hours a night sedately listening to music on a hifi, will reduce your life expectency by x years.
