I have been trying to sell my pre/power amplifier combo on eBay for a while now and yesterday some dealer messaged me to say I had priced it too high and was willing to pay £1800 for the power amp and he also had the nerve to say I was being patronising by saying it was best used with the matching preamp.
Now being that the items are still made and the power amp is going for £6600 I feel he was a tad off the mark.
Considering the pre/power combo is going to cost £11,400 if you bought new I don't think my £5200 ask is too much.
