Kimber Trifocal XL - £3700 retail but what is their second hand value?

I have a pair of 8 metre length Kimber Trifocal XL cables

I want to sell them but how much are they worth?

I know they presently retail for £3700 a pair but I am unable to find any indication of second hand value

They are perfect condition and have been unused for the last 3 years

I have considered ebay but will I get their true value.

Can anybody recommend any shops or businesses who may be interested in purchasing these

I can only gasp!!! Your cables are worth MUCH, MUCH MORE than my entire kit!

You would only get a fraction of what it may be worth on E-Bay. I would think that your best option would be the specialist dealers/retailers for high-end equipment.

Have you tried Russ Andrews, since it's Kimber?

I have contacted Russ Andrews and they recommended ebay but I am reluctant as I can imagine them selling for considerably less than their worth

It's a problem. You may get lucky and find someone who really wants some and will pay, since it comes around so rarely - but it seems to be the way of things when you buy such stuff. I currently use Crystal-24 and would love Monacle XL, but may wait a while yet. Like you I have a long run (6m) so it soon adds up price-wise.

Trifocal is the tri-wire version isn't it?
