kef picoforte 1 worth a look?

I,m looking for an i pod dock for a bedroom but want it to be more style than big sound i missed the review of the kef 1 & 3 docs just wanted to know why only 4 stars not 5 what are the bad points and would to be worth it even if I could get them with discount or if you can recomend an alternative.

The KEFs have great speakers (surprise!) but the electronics slightly let them down - not enough punch or drive. And there's nothing stylish about trailing wires, which they do suffer from.
However, if you can get a deal and don't mind the small sound, you're sorted!
