Keane - Bedshaped

Who thinks this is an excellent song?

I really think it is a fantastic song. I remember when it came out, late 2004 and it was a stunner compared to the "Eric Prydz" phenomena which had just hit the charts. Such delicacy and intimacy in the song with fantastic lyrics and harmonies to die for. An utterly supreme song.

I did like it, then unfortunately it became one of those songs that got overplayed on the radio and began to really grate on me. Having said that, I haven't heard it in a while so might give it another go.

I think that not only is `Bedshaped` an excellent song but that the whole of the `Hopes And Fears` album is excellent also.

It sure is true!

Infact, Hopes and Fears is a nine times platinum selling album!

I wasn't that Keane on them until I heard Bedshaped though...

Which means its excellent, obviously.

Ahem. Sorry.

Well, actually...

Keane have never done much for me. But that's hardly surprising as they're a long way from my genre of choice.

I would like to know why the drummer's head wobbles about like a 'Churchills' dog on a parcel shelf though.

If you think he`s bad you should watch the keyboard player from Level 42!

Maybe he's related to David Gray?

Anyway, aren't we forgetting the ultimate head wobbler? Jethro Tull?

Perhaps he's trying to stay awake through the song
