I would be gutted if something I bought dropped that much in price Shocking ! I do wonder why such a huge price cut.
Me too.I would be gutted if something I bought dropped that much in price
Those gargantuan price drops are typical for Harman/Kardon Group (now Samsung...)I have purchased JBL Ti 1000 Speakers new ones when price dropped down to 50% and Harman Kardon Festival 500 midi system year later to power them (also for 50%). It was back in 1997 and 1998😅.I would be gutted if something I bought dropped that much in price Shocking ! I do wonder why such a huge price cut.

Yes, JBL to me means speakers - and not the Bluetooth type, though they seem to be doing very well in that market. So it seems!
The AV thing looks like it’s an Arcam in drag. Class G is bit of a giveaway as to its roots. I’m assuming somebody decided to ‘sweat the brand’ by adding electronics when everyone probably thinks of JBL as a speaker brand. (Maybe it was failed experiment. 😕)
If you’re my age that’s studio speakers and domestic high sensitivity models, with eggbox grills. If you’re my stepson’s age, they’re Bluetooth speakers that you recharge!
