Had an interesting chat with 20th Century Fox yesterday re the Blu-ray releases of the James Bond movies.
They confirmed that the delay to releasing the other movies was all tied up with the (recently resolved) MGM financial situation, but that the complex ensuing stalement should be cleared soon.
That should see - as predicted - more Bond Blu-rays being released in the run up to the new Bond movie (and the franchise's 50th anniversary) in 2012.
Now wouldn't a 50th Anniversary Bond Blu-ray boxset be nice [😀]
(PS - Another BD factoid: most Star Wars pre-orders to date are for the full six-film set)
