ITV HD on Foxsat HDR

Hi all

I'm having problems getting ITV HD via the red button on my Foxsat hdr, when i press the red button to load the hd signal all i get is a blank screen(except the blue button for menu icon) and no sound, anyone else come across this or is it just my box? I could try a factory reset, but the misses would kill me if it lost all her recorded programmes so i'm no going to try.

hi
is your freesat hdr in stv area if so you will need to retune as stv does not transmitt in hd,

sorry i cant help but had stv problem,, and had to enter a english post code to recive itv hd
on my humax freesat pvr.

If it helps I have an HDR and am in Devon and no problems with ITV HD.
