Itunes Artist and Tile information

This is driving me nuts, everytime I manual type in artist information on Itunes library it goes into predictive text mode and will not allow me to over write the first letter of it's text from a capitial or lower case. Cannot find where to change setting.
Help, help, help

If you can't turn it off, I think the easiest way to get round this is to let it complete the word with capital first letter (or vice versa) and then click the cursor at the beginning of the word, press the Delete button to remove it and then replace it with the lower case version (or vice versa).

Once it's in there once, it should then allow you to type this in from that point on in the predictive mode I believe.

I had another annoying thing with iTunes where it scanned my non-purchased tracks and uploaded album art, but got it wrong in about 1% of cases, and I cannot rectify it! My "The Matrix" OST has the graphic from something called "ill Matik" - which appears to be some manner of gansta rap...
