I did notice that someone on other forum claimed that FB2K WASAPI plugin didn't work on W7.....but ASIO did.

i have no idea what this means...is it just me?

Aero is the jazzy user interface Microsoft plugged on the front of Vista.

FB2K = foobar2000.
WASAPI = Windows Audio Session API - bypasses most of the windows audio tat.
W7 = Windows 7.
ASIO = Audio Stream Input/Output - bypasses most of the windows audio tat.
