Just a cheap disk or YouTube that sort of says "if your Atmos is working right you should now be hearing (whatever) in the top left" and goes through each speaker in turn? Something to test sources (rather than the receiver)?
Is there such a thing as an Atmos test disc?

First few are 'just' demos but scroll down seems to be what you want?
If you speak to Dolby very nicely they may send you a demo disc. It's worth a shot as I did that at the Sound and Vision show and they popped one in the post.
You will be able to tell immediately if Atmos is working with the A/B demonstrations. As for output, use the AV to check all channels are firing and check the AV to see Atmos is shown when playing a disc.
