Is the BK Electronics P12-300SB-PR better than the Q Acoustics Q B12 Subwoofer?

Having seen the very good reviews of those subwoofers in whathifi, avsforum,...
It seems that for the same kind of money the BK with its passive radiator is a better sub than the QA.
The goal is to upgrade from a Yamaha yst-sw300 (185watt, 18Hz)
