Is 100Htz already on

Hi all
I have a Panasonic TH37PX80, I noticed the other day that the scrolling credits where very blurry. The TV has 100Htz and I thought this was supposed to combat this sort of thing. Is there asetting you have to enable as I cannot find anything in the manual or in the setting I can access?

Any help will be much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure it is as there doesn't seem any way to turn it off. What were you watching? Could it've been do do with any other setting, such as sharpness?

It was BBC childrens channel on freeview, I must admit, I have not changed any of the settings yet. Is there a guide on how to set Plasma TV setting correctly?
