What about a CA C740/840 with an Airport Express in the back?
Even the 740 beat my Copland in some areas. The 840 must be v.good.

Yeah, not quite as sexy, but a good call - if the 640 v3 has a digital in like those two, I might be downgrading..........

Thanks to all for the input. I ended up going for the Arcam rDock with Van den Hul The Name interconnect - very happy with the result. I will wait for technology to advance / prices to drop over the next few years before looking at DAC options!
