Not really, I just find it crazy to spend so much on something (an excessive amount, some may say) to not consider something that might be better for a little more. I certainly wouldn’t buy a phone for £600, but if I was going to, I’d just go crazy and just do it properly, particularly if you’re going to get four times the memory, plus whatever other benefits the X brings.

And yes, I do sometimes think like that about hi-fi! Just recently I posted that if I was going to spend £1300 on a pair of headphones, I’d just add the extra and get the Audio Technica ATH-ADX5000s at £2k. Going for the cheaper one might be a waste long term as you may just end up upgrading anyway! Do it once, do it properly!
