Internet radio

Help-have just spent 2 hours on line and am totally confused.Scenario-I want to stream pc internet radio to my bose sound dock in my kitchen downstairs.Could any body advise me what best option would be-I think it's either a usb wireless audio sender (would it work via sound dock ?) or buying an internet radio.I do not have a hi fi in the kitchen.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
