Interconnect type

Hi all, need help again.

I want to get some shorter interconnects to be used between pre and power amps with standard RCA plugs.

Do i need to get some pseudo balanced ones or will normal unbalanced ones work fine.

Not sure what the difference is and why one is better than the other.

Any advise welcome as i have tried searching and cant seem to get a straight answer.

I don't really want advise on particular makes of cable,just the type that would be best for this application.

What pre and power amps are you referring to?

Its the Rotel 1550 pre amp and 1070 power amps.

Having now googled to see what pseudobalanced cables there are and the price of them, I would go for good old coax ICs
