Integrated amplifier with HDMI arc and self turning on on Optical input

Hi,
I would like to purchase an integrated amplifier for listening to Music but, cause they're close to the TV, also to be used to watch movies etc. These are my requirements:

1. It doesn't have streaming capabilities (I want to use WiiM for this as already using it in other rooms, so no need of BluOS nor Heos as it is not clear to me if they will support well full high res music, showing the codec, on plex or DLNA well like the WiiM app).
2. It has to turn itself ON automatically when music starts on the Optical input (like my NAD D3020 V2 in my studio with Auto Sense set to ON) OR it can stay permanently ON (without mandatory stand by mode that is not possible to disable like in my Q Acoustics M20!)
3. It has HDMI Arc, and turns itself ON when the TV is ON. Of course, I won't have problems with this.

I found this wonderful options, both from Marantz: the model M1 and the Stereo 70s (actually my first choice despite not handling the point 1 above).

Do you know other Integrated Amplifiers to suggest please? I cannot find a shop where I can simply add these points in the filter...
