Innuos Zen - new app vs Roon

Has anyone compared the new Innuos app (with the server InnuOS 2 upgrade) with Roon? I'm a happy Roon user at the moment and would need a good reason to jump ship.

Can you run both together? Config suggests one or the other

In the integration settings, you select either Sonos, Roon, or UPnP. You could never run a Squeeze app alongside Roon, so I doubt it’d be any different for their own app.

I’m getting reports of the new OS being a little buggy, on the other hand users are saying it sounds better than ROON and Are thoroughly enjoying it, I was going to upgrade to the Zenith but then Innuos put there prices up by a ridiculous amount so I decided to go a different route.

I tried it out and immediately went back to Roon. Mainly because the integration with Tidal is not yet complete. You still need to go through squeezebox andI can't be bothered to sign up to that for a lesser service. Innuos promise that full Tidal integration is coming in a future update though.

From their blog:
"TIDAL integration at this stage will be more limited and will only include Integration with Global Search and Explore Curated Content. This is essentially due to time as including full integration and MQA Masters would cause innuOS 2.0 to delay a few more months. As such, our option is to release sooner with more limited integration and add the full integration in a future update."
