In-Car Spotify?

I may have missed a trick somewhere (ie, it's already available, or at least something like it), but would the concept of in-car Spotify be good or bad? Imagine not being restricted to whatever you have on your iPod or CD(changer) or whatever. But what of the implications for safe driving?

Oh, I didn't for one minute expect it to be a viable proposition for us plebs initially - certainly something for the flashier end of the market at the outset.

But even so, I love the idea of driving along and getting a hankering after some classic, or not so classic track, simply conducting a quick search and...well, the world's your mollusc.
