Watched the Dark Knight Rises at 12.40 am this morning at the BFI. I have to say that was the best cinematic experience I have ever had and I cant wait to go back. This is now my local cinema and cannot wait to go back. Plus the dark knight rises was brialliant I thought!

The Birmingham one is now closed.

Cineworld in Birmingham will be converting one of their screens to IMAX, opening in October apparently

The Science Museum are also screening a 65mm (as opposed to digital) IMAX print of the TDKR which might be easier to book (for polular times) than the BFI, although the BFI does have a bigger IMAX screen.

You want to be sitting centre and as near the back row as possible.
