Icon Audio Stereo 25 Questions, thanks.

Hello there,

What sort of speakers would work well with the Icon Audio Stereo 25 valve amp ? I currently own the leftovers of my previous adventures in true HiFi - a pair of B&W DM601s. Also what sort of cd player would suit a valve amp like this one ? Im intrigued by Valves, they seem to tick all the boxes of what im looking for in the sound of my new hifi. I know there are some issues with connecting the right sort of speakers with a valve amp, so im wondering if the same applies to partnering a cd player too ? Nothing to brash or energetic ? Sorry for all the questions !

Youre probably all fed up of hifi newbies on this forum ! I do have a budget - hence looking at the Icon Audio amp.

There's a pair of Auditoriums on ebay at the moment with a high bid of £400. New prices are from £2K upwards.
