I-Tunes stuck on repeat

Hi all,

I seem to have got the ipod suck on my iphone 4 so that whatever I do the selected track repeats endlessly instead of working its way through the album like it should.

Any ideas?

P.S, I'm sure this is an obvious fix so apologies for my 'thickness' in advance

If you touch the screen while the track is playing to bring up the progress bar near the top of the screen, you should see 2 times, one is time elapsed the other is total track length. Under those timers are 2 symbols, one is two arrows in an oval, the other is two arrows crossing each other - the oval arrows are repeat options, the crossed arrows are shuffle options. Touching the arrow symbols cycles through the options, the shuffle can be on or off, the repeat can be on, repeat once, or off. Hope this helps.
