It is indeed a great pity when the so-called SPAM filter cannot be utilised to ditch every post that inludes a sequence of Chinese characters. ;-)

Why do spammers get full privileges to post absolutely what they want (including html links) but many regular users don't?

Bit odd that. Maybe it's to do with improving the number of posts/clicks etc.

This latest one is doing well. At least two weeks ( or more ) so far.
