i need to change some files

i have approx 5000 flac files and i want to make a cds for my car what is the best format for playing in the car. and what software is best for converting them. would like a free software.

and i have 100 mp4 video files and my mrs wants them on her iphone how do i do that.

CD BURNER XP should convert to play on a standard cd player

XviD4PSP should convert to iphone standard
