Can the computer interface module be used in some way to obtain ESPN with a top-up card? If so, how, and what do i need? What other ways can it be used?

If so, how, and what do i need You need an ESPN/TUTV CAM(Conditional Access Module) starter pack, like this for example.

What other ways can it be used?
