humax freesat sound

Hi

ive just bought a humax freesat hd box and it sais its dolby digital but i have no way of conecting it to my sony decoder/amp, it has phono,optical and digital inputs but no s/pdif which seems to be the only digital out for sound . Is there a way round or am i missing something ?????

Optical in is either gonna be "sp/dif" toslink or mini toslink. Sp/dif looks kind of square and only fits in one way, mini toslink looks like a headphone socket. You can get a cable that goes from one to the other, or an adapter. Which Sony receiver?

STR-DB925, an oldy but does all a need ... and at a closser look i need a toslink to mini toslink , cheers for help
