Humax channel tuning

I did a manual tune on my Humax HD box and found Sky news etc.....now i can"t seem to find them after doing a freesat tune so i gather you lose one lot of channels if you scan for the other ones.My question is? is there any way you can group the Freesat & manual channels together in some sort of order.

You should be able to go into options and where it says FREESAT click on NON FREESAT channels to view all the other non FREESAT channels

To go back into FREESAT channels do the same again
