I'm about to buy a DAC for around 150£. I listen mostly on a pair of Q Acoustics 2010i, sometimes on AKG K-99 headphones (like 20%). PC is and will be my only music source (most of it flac 16 and 24bit). I use foobar2000 player.
My two favorites are HRT Music Streamer II and Arcam rPac....both have great reviews, as far as I know arcam only has some jitter issues sometimes. On the other hand it has headphone amp. So I guess the one with better sound wins. I will have to purchase it abroad (UK to CZ) so I would like to be absolutely sure before i buy it. I listen to very wide variety of genres (Ludovico Einaudi, Mumford and Sons, Led Zeppelin, Sinatra, Adele, AC/DC, Simon and Garfunkel, Red Hot Chilly Peppers,....)
