How to fix speakers on mounts?

Do i have to drill holes into my brand new speakers?

The Apollo stands i have have holes in place but the speakers do not have anything to fit through?

I have a brand new pair of Tannoy Mercury F1 Customs and i really don't want to have to drill holes in them to make them fit to the stands!

Any suggestions??? Thanks in advance.

Yes, any of those will work to stick your liitle one down well away from your speakers...

We bought some extra strong double sided sticky tape from b&q I think, it won't survive a full on attack from a toddler, but it will survive an accidental bump or 2.

Used them to fix my internal mirror to the glass on my van, don't think a hammer would budge it now

The hard as nails didn't work on the little one, but the wife is now glued to the kitchen sink so thanks for the advice!

Use big blobs of blu-tak and squeeze it down really hard. It's a hell of a lot stronger than you think. Took two of us to separate speaker from stand when I was moving house.

I'll try the blu tac until the weekend. If it doesn't work then i'll get the amazon sticky things.
