How to connect a sub

I am looking for some advice.

I have my av amp connected to my sub connected to the 12v trigger and it works fine for movies. I then have my Roksan Caspian connected to the pre-out of my av amp so when watching movies is works great out of the AV amp into my integrated amp and to my PM1.

What I want to try now is to connect my Roksan Stereo amp to the sub and my PM 1 what is the best way of doing this to get the best of both worlds, both worlds been using it in my stereo set up as well as use it in my AV set up as it is today. The sub is a bowers and Wilkins asw608

Could you connect the Roksan to the High level/Speaker level input on the back of the sub? I assume high level and speaker level are the same thing.

Although that would mean disconnecting the av amp from the sub, which might not be any good for movies.
