You have to change the input or source to USB.
Dont know how to do it?

Just mash your fist into the buttons on the remote control, you'll get there eventually.

You have the patience of a saint.

Generally yes, there are limits however and I'm not convinced that gel isn't an ubertroll either...

Ooo, ooo, I know the punchline to this one: it goes 'Well, there was a bang and all the lights went out, and since then I haven't been able to get the computer to do anything'

Mines more complicated now that! You have to go into the settings and then click on USB. My USB stick is not working can someone link me to one that I can buy and work please?

I don't think it's your usb stick that's the problem, though it is a possibility.

Has your tv got access to the internet and a built in hard drive? If it has, why not download that clip to the tv directly. If it hasn't, is that clip on you tube? Watch it from there?

I would contact Panasonic by phone, and get them to go through it all with you.

It might be that your usb stick is 2.0, and you need a 3.0 usb stick to play that clip, but I'm useless with that kind of thing, so I could be wide of the mark.

I don't think that's it. Speak to Panasonic first, before spending any more money.
Okay, I think I will just quit, it's too complicated!
