Click download, save as, point it at the usb stick and wait for it to finish downloading. Stick the usb stick into your TV. After that you're on your own, I don't know anything about modern Panasonic TVs.

Copy the file to the usb stick and then plug the usb stick into the TV.

Right click on the file and select "copy".

Then right click on the USB folder and select " paste".

Then right click on the USB stick and click "safely eject".

Then remove the USB stick from the laptop.

Then insert the USB stick on Panasonic TV's USB port.

Then open the user manual of Panasonic TV to check how to play files from USB.
