Mrs. P has had her emails on gmail for years. She wants to change her username but with that changed it still comes up with her old name [in brackets] at the side. And it won't accept the new name.
I've tried to delete the account and start again... no luck there. I followed the instructions but it still hasn't changed: Step two: "Look for your email address in the top corner". I can't find it. There's a load other instructions that isn't appearing on our screen. I've even tried it in Google Chrome. The same applies.
If anyone can help the OH, in layman's terms it'll be appreciated.
