How do I turn off the noise cancellation on Beats Studio Wireless headphones?

I saw a pair of Beats Studio Wireless in a store over Black Friday for £70, I decided to pick them up as I've never seen them that cheap... what the hell right?

However all they do is hiss constantly, I'm guessing it's the active noise cancellation but I cannot find out how to turn it off. It's ruining all the audio, anything that isn't really loud just has this HISSSSSSSSSSSSS ruining it.

Apart from that the audio is good for £70, the fit is the best I've ever felt and the build quality is nice.... just that HISS

They're these ones.... http://cdn.ecoustics.com/db0/wblob/17BA35E873D594/805/32217/HYAl10qlqw0ijrOkVjeyxbBXespeZihigJNDW7DN7Zs/beats-studio-white.jpg

Which store was it? Are you sure it's not fake?

I could register them on their official site and I got them through a proper retailer in the UK.

The only problem I have is through Bluetooth I keep getting little drops several times through a song. I dunno what the term is, but you know like when a cd skips if you hit a cd player. My £15 Sony headphones don't do that, but these Beats do.
