Hopefully an easy question...can I stream from NAS to tv at full HD?

Hi guys with my NAS connected to the television, can I stream blu rays which I might have ripped on there at 1080p?

What is the network connection?

Wireless G? Wireless N?

Fast Ethernet? Gigabit Ethernet?

Wireless N will be the only one worth using without a cable. G may be too slow.

not sure of even N is really up to blu ray in the real world.

Have a look at the new LG range of Blu ray players, there is something afoot with streaming.

Wired 100Mbps should be sufficient. 1000Mbps would be preferred, especially if you plan to use the network for other things at the same time. Forget about WiFi.ÿ
