Home theater system - Sony DAV-F200 or DAV-DZ260?

I am after an entry level home theater system...the DZ260 is much cheaper at £120, while the F200 comes in at £230....also the DZ260 is 5.1 channel, while F200 is 2.1 channel (I dont know the differnce to be honest). More importantly, the DZ260 has received more than a 100 five star reviews on amazon.co.uk (the F200 has only 3 reviews in all)....what would the experts here recommend?

Don't know much about the DZ260 but I've read a few good reviews about the F200 - it has great sound and video and upscales DVDs. Being a style system probably also accounts for the higher price, but it does look very slick.
