Those KEF 2005.3 and a Yamaha 1067 would be a good combo......all for around £1300.

Obviously, if you want this for stereo music too, the KEF would not be such a good idea.....but for tv and movies they are perfect....

I would opt for the 3005se over 2005.3, much better centre speaker, which many upgrade too.A choice of sub with the kef kube coming in at £799 and the HTB2SE coming in at £899.For amps well i like Onkyo and the minium would be the 608 at £399, 808 would be the next step up but at over £800.00, i feel you could do better and look at the Yamaha 2067 still £800 or the Denon 2311. Not heard any Pioneers but they get really good reviews, so you would need a demo. Alternative speaker package would be the B&W MT25 at £950 and the Yamaha 1067 but that £750 so i think the extra for the 2067 will be well worth it.Buying the package together may reduce cost and try haggling you might get some free cables chucked in.
