With ref to Rob180`s dilema. I`m also looking for a amp and speakers , with a similer sized room ( 4mx5m ). Will the Boston`s be able to fill the room with sound or would it be better to go for something like the Q acoustics 2000`s instead? Also which amp, Sony STR-DH800 or the Denon AVR-1910?

i too think that the full sized boookshelfs will give better dispertion and integration, but if you do not have the space for them, the Boston should do well. But on the performance per pound the Q's should win spot on.
