Hi All

I'm new to this, so any advice is welcome.

I have a large room, 9.5m x 4.5m with a pitched roof at 5m. I want a Home Cinema system to work well in this room with a budget for speakers and receiver for around the £2000 mark. I can't trial system in situ as the room is in France and I am in the UK, so I would like to. hopefully get it right as I don't want to have to change it when I install it if it just cam't cope with the room size. The system will be width ways in one half of the room and I have pre-installed power sockets at the rear of the room for making the rear speakers wireless. For this I believe the Kef system is the optimal (cost for this will be over and above the 2k as pre-stated)

Many thanks in anticipation

Being the room huge could ou use just part of it for the home cinema

I do. I intend to place the TV and front speakers along one half of the long wall and place the back speakers on the opposite long wall. The problem is of course, the rest of the room will have an effect and drain sound

I had originally thought of B&W MT-30 speakers with Pioneer VSX-1019 but am not so sure this is the best combination for the room
