Hisense 65" TV

I bought a new Hisense 65' tv from walmart. Well what do you know defective white line going from top to bottom won't connect to WiFi. Exchanges could not take place at Walmart for a certain period of time so you have a limited warranty with manufacturer. What a nightmare the panel is no good a technician would come out and draw xxx on tv and take a pic send to company company take two to three weeks to send you your tv. Customer service is outsourced always with an attitude no refunds. I have children only this tv what do I do. Still battling with this going to get an attorney
