Hi,

Search a bit on Ebay and see if these items are selling and at what price. Average it out, add it up and stick a for sale sign on it.

Or just stick it on Ebay (or other similar auction site) and see what it goes for - either as separate entries or as a unit.

Cheers,

Cofnchtr.

I don't know about your CD player, but I'd check the completed sales on Ebay for each item. Put them all on at £19.99 except for the tuner (9.99) and the tape deck (4.99) and put them on for ten days. Thereafter, make sure they are closing at good times - weekday evenings are good, forget weekends; I usually aim to close auctions Mondays-Thursday between 9pm & 11pm.

Your tape deck is good, but tape decks sell for next to nothing unless they are very special (Revox, Nakamichi, high end and rare vintage, etc), the Denon is ten a penny, albeit very good, so putting these items on for anything much higher will really negate the chance of a sale.

Bone up on the costs involved - Ebay and Paypal will take (very) roughly 8-10% off your total earnings from any auction.

I'd advise against a job lot auction; sell the items individually as this will maximise your chances of selling.

Also checkout Gumtree, Ebid, etc., etc & good luck!
