hi all been a while since last posting here but just before xmas i bought a pioneer lx53 reciever with the lx54 blueray both of these items have been in there box's for the past 3 almost 4 months whilst i built a extension with dedicated home cinema room. So today was the day i decided to install everything couple of hours later as i still had some wall plates to wire up i turned on the amp, plugged in setup mic and started the auto speaker setup it check the first speaker and then the amp turned off, so i left it 5minutes and switched back on.....decided to switch my skyhd box on and picture switched and i increased volume and had sound but when i increase that to high levels again amp turned off. Went and had some food and another beer came back and switched on again and tried the auto speaker setup once more, nope same thing amp turns off, anyone out there with this amp or who knows what the issue may be.....i would be very grateful.
Additional info i can give is that i have now been listening to amp at sensible volume for other an hour with no problem, but speakers definately need setting up properly i think.
