help please

Really need to decide what amp and speaker combo would be best for me. Thinking of a marantz pm6003 with and b and w 685's. Is this the best combo or would either of these components work better with different partening from anyone's experience.

Have really eclectic taste when it comes to music having around 900 to 1000 albums on CD or MP3. Everything from jazz and blues through to drum and bass.
