Help needed please

Hi,

I have recently bought a Sony STRDN 1030 AV Amp, it is currently driving a set of KEF 1005 8 Ohm speakers perfectly fine.

I want to now upgrade the speakers, the amp has a recommendation of 8-16 Ohms, the speakers i want are the Q Acoustic Q7000 which are 6 Ohm speakers, will there be an issue with this combination?

I wouldn't worry about it, the Sony/Q Acoustics will be a great combination.

Thanks, i can buy with abit more confidance now, was concerned that the amp would be over worked.
