Help needed in setting up 5.1 system with Denon avr-789

Hello,

I need help in setting up energy take classic 5.1 system with Denon avr-789.
I have misplaced the Audyssey mic so let me know if i need to buy another one for the setup.
Also I will be running the complete setup on 1 KV stepdown transformer.

Also let me know what additional things i will need for the setup.

Any kind of input regarding the setup will be really helpful.

U can set speaker distances and volumes without Audusey (spelled wrong). If u have a reasonably friendly room then omit any sound processing/equaliser.settings and see how it sounds.

Maybe see if u can borrow a mic' or ebay?

Robin Is correct about setting distances but why not download a sound meter for your smart phone there are loads for android and many are free. My old NAD receiver had no mike so we double checked with sound meter when setting it up for my son.
