The PX37 something something. I will try and find an appropriate link.

To my eyes, plasma walks all over LCD on colour, and the 37" panasonic is without doubt the best telly I've seen. Others tell of it being the only way to watch fast motion.
Neither. Get the 37" Panasonic plasma.
the px80 you can even get the 42" for 650 if full hd is what your after then youll have to go 42 (pz80) for bout 850, the reason every one here loves plasmas is they handle motion extremely well, and have good black levels making the overall colour palette better

Yeah, plasma screen burn is more or less not a problem any more. As many others will say, I've had my plasma on for heavy gaming sessions, left it for hours on a paused screen and come back only to find minor temporary retention on the screen which faded away after 10 minutes or so of normal viewing. That's on my PX60 plasma which is a couple of generations old now. the PX80 is definately a great set.

Same experience as alwatson above (do a search on screen burn threads by professorhat to see my comments). Also, I wouldn't worry about 100Hz. I actually recently read in another article (in a different magazine from WHF -

) that it actually produced a worse picture for fast moving sport and gaming due to the needless frame doubling on a 50Hz native signal.

Especially with gaming! Most games run at either 50 or 60fps especially driving games and the 100htz completly messes the whole thing up making thing look jerky almost due to the frame doubleing and seeing as games are response reliant from the gamer it can ****** up you button bashing timeing.
