Help.........i-pod frozen!

Hi everybody

I have an i-pod classic 160GB, whilst driving on a particularly long journey yesterday I was listening to my i-pod via radio link and was 2 hrs into "my driving selection" when it started skipping about ten songs on my list. I back clicked to the start of the first song it had sarted to skip only to find the problem persisted.

When I got home I linked it back to my laptop only to find i-tunes didn't recognise that the i-pod was even connected.

I now have an i-pod that when turned on will only display the apple logo, in fact I can't even switch it off now.

Any ideas?

Try resetting the iPod if you haven't already - press and hold the menu and Centre buttons, for about 6 seconds...
