Help! Connection Problem

I've just moved my Rotel RXA930 amp to my daughters system and can't get any sound from the left channel

It was working perfectly on mine and I've checked the speakers and cable and they all work but only on the right channel. I've also tried the direct and remote connections and the same issue. I have checked the balance as well to make sure it was just against the right channel.

Any ideas anyone?

Put it back in your system to see if the amp is faulty.
