It's either a higher being calling you to fulfil your destiny or - more likely - the cable between the receiver and the sub acting as an aerial.

Do the voices go away when you disconnect the cable from the receiver? If so, the problem might be in the receiver.

If not, do they stop when you disconnect the cable from the sub and the receiver? If so, it's probably poor shielding in the cable.

If they continue with the cable disconnected from the sub, then either the sub is faulty, or its picking up the voices via the mains cable, though this last one is very unlikely.

You could try changing the cable, or putting a couple of ferrite clamps on your existing one.

If you still hear the voices when everything is switched of, then one of the following is true:

a) You are the chosen one

b) You have very thin walls

or c) You need help of a kind I am not qualified to offer.

Then it's deffo the cable. Clamps may help, but one with better shielding is the best answer, or it could just be the cable is just the right length to act as an antenna for the particular station it's picking up.

Bingo. Longer cable = better aerial. Replace it with one that's better shielded, or the older shorter one. But before you do, can you record the radio interference, and post mp3s of the before (noisy) and after (not noisy) results? That would be most helpful.......
